Matt and the team at Just Japanese were spot on from start to finish, very professional all round. Communication was excellent, with every query answered quickly and politely (and tbf Matt had more than a few from me due to my nagging nature!). However, I needn't have worried as the Nissan Elgrand I bought, despite being nearly 19 yes old, but was presented and detailed so well that you would imagine it was straight off the production line. It also performed beautifully so that the journey home to Cardiff was an absolute pleasure. The level of detail shown to make sure the van looked good and performed well was truly incredible and faultless.Totally agree with all the other excellent reviews, would highly recommend Just Japanese and wish them all the best for future.
